How to Shift Your Mindset and Choose Your Future

Friday, May 8 • 1:00 to 2:00

When it comes to big life problems, we often stand at a crossroads: either believe we're powerless against great change, or we rise to meet the challenge. In an urgent call to action, political strategist Tom Rivett-Carnac makes the case for adopting a mindset of "stubborn optimism" to confront climate change -- or whatever crisis may come our way -- and sustain the action needed to build a regenerative future. As he puts it: "Stubborn optimism can fill our lives with meaning and purpose."

Heal Your Core, Leak No More

Marci Silverberg, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Did you know that leaking urine is a very common condition that affects nearly 50% of people at some point in their lives? Yet someone may feel so ashamed and embarrassed, that he or she doesn’t tell anyone. And if this person does confide in a friend, he or she often hears that friend has the same issue, and concludes that it must be normal

Leaking urine is not normal. You don't have to accept a new reality that you must wear pads for athletic events, wrap your shirt around your waist, and avoid socializing because you have to go home and change, or fear frequent trips to the bathroom.

Leaking is often a musculoskeletal condition, caused by dysfunction of your deep core system. This means that the issue can be healed naturally, with exercise and lifestyle modifications. That's right - no pills, no surgery.

Recently, a man who took this workshop, reported he stopped needing to get up to pee all the time, just by using the skills he learned in this workshop.

What to know more? This course will empower you to embrace the life and activities that you choose leak-free.

Register for this online event by noon on Wednesday, May 13.
