Food Delivery Policy Update

Effective Today, March 23rd at 5:00pm

Dear Residents,
 


In order to better protect all Gateway residents and building staff we are making the following changes to the recently revised food delivery policy. We will be locking down the interior lobby doors in each building at 5:00pm. This will allow us to better control the main lobbies of each building. We will than allow delivery personnel under a controlled process to make food deliveries directly to your apartment door. At peak times there may be a slight delay as we will only allow one or two delivery personnel at a time to access the elevators of each building. It is the responsibility of each resident to communicate to their food provider if they want their food delivery left behind their door versus opening their door to interact with the food delivery personnel.
 
Doormen and building personnel will perform frequent disinfectant cleanings of all interior door handles in all Gateway lobbies.
 
If we feel the need to extend the lobby interior door lock-down schedule we will update all Gateway residents accordingly prior to doing so. The interior lobby doors can be opened by use of a key FOB or by the doorman using a release button located at the lobby desk.
