Hi <<First Name>>,

I hope you are well,

By now you should have received my letter letter in the post, telling you about  how Tracy overcame a really difficult period of her life. Im sure you agree that Tracy is so brave telling her story about suffering a mental breakdown and attempting be to change, even save a life.

Support Tracy

The suicide rate in Scotland is at its highest level in almost 10 years with 833 people taking their own lives in 2019 alone.

It is not yet known the full extent Covid-19 has had on that already horrifying number, however what is expected is that the long-term effects of the pandemic will continue to have a direct impact and people all over Scotland will need CrossReach more than ever.

If you are able, we are asking you for a little extra help to allow us to cope with these unprecedented times and the extra support we want to give those in need.

£50 could cover the cost of a 60 minute counselling session for someone at rock bottom who does not have the means to pay for the support they need.

You could be their lifeline,
<<First Name>>

Tracy's story is just one example of someone we have been able to help thanks to your support. Over the next few weeks we will be in touch again to tell you a little more about way we help people all over Scotland which isnt possible without you

As part of our CrossReach family we are sure you are also proud of the work we do together.  See the source image

Thank you and God bless
