Books come in all shapes and sizes, and in this workshop we will learn a variety of structures using a single sheet of paper. In this workshop we’ll fold paper, make a few cuts, and create sculptural book structures that are ready for your pictures, drawings, and stories!

Amanda D’Amico is a book artist working under the imprint Tiny Revolutionary Press. She is the Master Printer at the Borowsky Center for Publication Arts and teaches at the University of the Arts and Tyler School of Art. Her artists’ books have been collected and exhibited nationally.

Materials will be provided, but participants may bring their own tools.

Book Paper Scissors is an annual artists’ book fair, free co-sponsored by PCB and the Free Library of Philadelphia.  Early Bird Registration discount prices until September 30th.
