Give the Gift of YOU!!
Remember the Toys R Us story? Kids are seeking energy connection and relationship from us. We are the toy, the prize, the gift. Be present with children and with one another. The experiences and the quality time are the magic! Not the stuff.

How are you addressing the seductive nature of the dot?

We talk about the dot (negativity) and the space (positivity) during NHA trainings and how we may be predisposed toward the negative. I recently heard a description of the dot looming large with an open door and a gravitational pull luring us to come inside. It can be extremely challenging to resist that invitation. It takes strength to acknowledge that open door and refuse to enter, or to get out if we cross the threshold.
Mindful decision making and purposeful action is the basis of neuroplasticity, a conscious rewiring of the brain documented by neuro- scientists. Refusing to energize negativity takes a lot of intentional practice. Let's celebrate our clear boundaries and commitment to stand 1 when we step away from the dot.

The NHA is a gratitude practice.
