Improved document management and multi-factor authentication

We’re excited to announce two major improvements to CLASS:

Want to be prepared? We'll keep updating the DMS and MFA pages so your Centre can know what to expect.

Improvements to DIY Reports

This update improves speed and performance when handling very large sets of data when you are running DIY Reports.

New features include:

  • A new drop down menu in the Filter Panel for selecting Additional Fields
  • Improved handling of requests for large amounts of data

New ICT Delivery Manager

We are excited to introduce to Russell Siachico, who we have welcomed into the ICT Team as our ICT Delivery Manager.

Russell has worked in the IT industry for over seventeen years in banking, retail, and digital agencies. He has experience in team and project management and is familiar with many of the systems we use.

Russell replaces Claire Hammond who left in March to continue her career in the private sector. We want to thank Claire for the enormous contribution to the overall project management of CLASS and the leadership of the ICT Team.

CMS Review

You asked for it and here it is – drum roll please! We are pleased to present a high-level review of case management systems (CMS) to help you make decisions about moving to a CMS other than CLASS.

Actionstep and CSNet will demonstrate their CMS as part of our Emergence series of online events.

CLASS import tool

CLCs Australia built the CLASS import tool to meet the needs of Centres who chose not to use CLASS in their day to day operations.

The CLASS import tool uses an automated file transfer process to import essential reporting data into CLASS.

Thanks for all of the great feedback you gave, which we have now incorporated into the Turnaways paper.

We will now make the necessary changes to CLASS. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Training in May

We’re pleased to announce some new training offerings in May! This month, we're delving deeper into Intake and Triage, as well as a closer look at Clients, Services and Actions. We’ve worked hard on making the training more interactive and breaking up longer sessions to make it more accessible.
