Webinar, Last Workshop & Teacher Highlight!

Don't you wish you were here?  I sure do!!  You can be in a similar feeling state after a self care practice that makes you feel better now and later!

I know you are busy, but you are worth feeling better!  If you think you are too busy, there are probably 2 minutes at the beginning, end or somewhere in your day that you can just start today making a change- maybe a pose like legs up a chair, or a breathing technique, or mindfully eating.

If you need inspiration and ideas, tune into my Trauma Informed Mindfulness, Mindful Movement, and Self Care for Family Providers webinar by clicking here tomorrow, Wednesday morning, 10:30-12 noon!   Or you can watch later if you can't make it then.... 90 people are already registered as of last week, so it is not to be missed!

If you live in Sacramento, and are around this Sunday 2-5pm, please click here to sign up in advance for Trauma Informed Ayurvedic Self Care!

I will continue to offer phone consultations on a very limited basis in the last month of my pregnancy.  I am making no commitments for at least 2 months after birth, but if you have a question, you can always ask- I just might not get back to you in a very timely manner!

Blessings to you all during these crazy times,
Schuyler (& Vera, Joel & baby boy Bright due in Sept)

Teacher Highlight: Sarah Molaro

About Schuyler's TI Training: I learned a lot of great personal and shareable tools at Schuyler's training in Trauma Informed Yoga and Ayurveda. It was 50 hours+ of really great connections and a lot of important details to consider when attempting to work with  others in the most potent, and safest ways that will honor their individual journeys towards healing.
About her YTT: I'm intending to integrate Trauma Informed Yoga principles into the Yoga Wellness 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training that I am planning for this September-November, 2018.It will be based on Ashtanga Yoga principals with emphasis on health and wellness and yogic lifestyle practices, as well as plenty of opportunity to gain confidence in guiding others through appropriate practices.
About Sarah:  My work with Yoga began in 2002 in Hatha Yoga classes that blossomed into my first teacher training in 2011. The peace that I know with Yoga is infectious and indeed a necessary part of a balanced life. Join us anytime at the Yoga Well studio for YOUR YOGA, and consider deepening your practice in our YTT! Check out the website for more details.
Blessings and Namaste~ Sarah
