I know you are busy, but you are worth feeling better! If you think you are too busy, there are probably 2 minutes at the beginning, end or somewhere in your day that you can just start today making a change- maybe a pose like legs up a chair, or a breathing technique, or mindfully eating.

I will continue to offer phone consultations on a very limited basis in the last month of my pregnancy. I am making no commitments for at least 2 months after birth, but if you have a question, you can always ask- I just might not get back to you in a very timely manner!
