In each online (Zoom) class, you will get an hour gentle yoga class, with 10-15 minutes of chair yoga, 5-15 minutes of strengthening poses, 15-20 minutes of relaxing poses, 2-5 minutes of breathing techniques and 5-8 minutes of self care discussion for each symptom of compassion fatigue I’ll be focusing on.
So today, I’m focusing on Anxiety and Depression and Chronic Fatigue, next week, I’ll focus on Depression and Chronic Fatigue, the third week (3/18), I’ll focus on Chronic Joint Pain, and the last week (3/25), the focus will be on Substance Abuse.
You will also get a 2 page word document with Trauma Informed Principles for practicing movement, First Aid for Emotional Triggers and the sensory (taste, smell, touch, etc) Self Care tools for each symptom outlined and explained.
There will be a short q&a at the end of each session. And these will be recorded so you can watch again at your leisure.
