Schuyler explains trauma and introduces mindfulness practice in a way that is accessible for a wide audience, including those without prior knowledge of the subject. She allows time for students to tune into themselves and reset if needed by integrating humor, stories, and deep breaths throughout her training. Students walk away from Schuyler’s trainings with a toolbox of easy to implement self-care practices. I really liked her mindfulness labeling practice; with our busy and defining minds the labeling practice felt natural and was very helpful in reaching a more mindful/meditative state.” - Lucia Stewart, Training Coordinator at Sierra Nevada Children’s Services

Sweet Life...

Besides that, I'm working on a book about my life, as well as Trauma Informed Yoga & Ayurveda- and I would love to know if you would be interested in reading it!  And if you know any editors or publishers....? :)
And Vera just turned 3 this month, and Aeden will be 6 months in 5 days- time sure flies!

One last thing.

Finally, I’m preparing to do another Trauma Informed Yoga & Ayurveda Training for professionals in September & October to help organizations take advantage of the Trauma Informed wave of interest with enough skilled yoga & Ayurveda instructors to teach basic yoga and breathing techniques to support trauma recovery in special populations. NAMA PACE credits & Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available.   Please let me know if you are interested!
Hope your month is fabulous!

Happy to help.
