Coalition Releases Impact Report: Working Together Works

On behalf of the National Coalition for Hospice and Palliative Care, I am pleased to share with you our new Impact Report that showcases the collaborative and positive effect of our 13 member organizations working together to improve serious illness care.

Our deepest gratitude goes to all of you who have worked for years, and especially this past year, to improve the care of people with serious illness…and a heart-felt huge thank you to all who have helped, contributed, and participated in our Coalition this past year!
 
As we continue our unofficial mantra of “cooperation, communication, and collaboration,” we look forward to continuing to serve and represent you and the thousands of interdisciplinary team members working each day to make an impact on patient’s and families lives..
 
Together we can and will achieve our ultimate shared vision: All patients, families and caregivers will have equitable access to quality hospice and palliative care.
