Understanding what ingredients you are putting on your skin will ensure your get the best results from your skincare.

Hyaluronic Acid
This ingredient holds the key to smooth, hydrated skin. Roughly half of the hyaluronic acid in your body is present in your skin where it binds to water to help retain moisture. This ingredient can speed up the healing time of a wound by regulating inflammation levels and helps the body to build more blood vessels in the damaged area.

Also known as retinol, vitamin A is a powerful multi-tasking ingredient, used a lot in anti-ageing products for good reason.
