Who noticed there was no newsletter in July? Sorry about that, time ran away with me in the run up to my holiday. I had a lovely time away, came back feeling refreshed and have enjoyed seeing you all in my beauty room over the past few days. I hope you all coped OK with the super hot weather a few weeks ago. I missed it due to being on holiday but I was pleased to not be working in it.

My three tips to keeping your skin hydrated in hot weather...
With the recent hot weather I thought I would share some tips on keeping your skin hydrated. Hydration is a key player in having smooth and clear skin. If you notice your skin is dry and flaky during hot weather, you could be dehydrated.
Drinking plenty of water is key - we all know we need to keep hydrated but it really does help your skin.
Suncream - you should be applying an SPF to your face throughout the year but its especially important on hot days.
Don't apply too many products - applying too many products on your skin during hot weather forms layers which can prevent the skin from breathing. Make sure you are cleansing your skin daily to remove daily makeup and sweat.
The year is flying by...
I'm sure you'll all agree that the year is flying by so I hope the mention of Christmas doesn't come as a surprise.
My diary is pretty full for week commencing 19th December so if there is a date that you want to get secured then I suggest you let me know asap.
