Many women think their “beauty” routine is from the neck up, well there’s a whole lot of skin on the way down that needs attention too. This months newsletter is all about pampering your full body.

The body issue
Don’t forget your neck
Start using your daily moisturiser on your neck. Apply in upward strokes and be sure to do the front, sides and back.
Treat your décolletage
The skin between your neck and breasts is thin and prone to sun damage. The good news is that the skin on your chest responds quickly to treatment. Try hyaluronic acid and botanicals to plump up the skin, hydrate and stimulate collagen production. Extend your facial routine right down to your bra.
Sort out those arms and legs
Body brush in upward strokes to remove dead skin cells and stimulate blood circulation. Improvements in the texture of your skin will be noticeable very quickly.
Apply moisturiser while your skin is towel blotted and still damp to lock it in. Exfoliate once a week to removes flaky areas.
Keep hands and nails well groomed
Improve the appearance on your hands by using a hand cream containing an SPF 50. Brown spots and dry skin is never a good look.
Give your feet some TLC
They carry you around, get stuffed into shoes and are subjected to blisters, cracked heels, corns, callouses, and bunions.
Slather your feet in cream or balm and apply cotton booties before bed once a week, not sexy, I know but it works for your summer sandals! A pedicure is recommended every six weeks.
