Through a series of engaging worldwide activities, patients, eye-care providers, health officials and the general public are invited to contribute to sight preservation.

For over a decade, the World Glaucoma Association (WGA) and the Patient Committee (WGPC) have been working together to raise global awareness on glaucoma and the importance of prevention. The “Green = Go get your eyes tested for Glaucoma: Save Your Sight!” campaign urges everyone around the world to take action for a better future for sight.
The message of the campaign spreads beyond glaucoma patients. Family members of people with glaucoma have a ten-fold risk of getting glaucoma themselves, with a one-in-four life-time risk.

So, mark the color green, the color of ‘progress’, and GO!
