NCEA Education: Response to feedback from Subject Expert Groups on Phase 1 products

Feedback for the phase 1 Level 1 NCEA Subjects has now been collated and published. It has helped to identify areas that need clarification and refinement before the move into developing the phase 2 materials, which include the Achievement Standards, the internal Assessment Activities, and further detail in the web text under the Teaching Learning and Assessment sections of the website.

The MoE NCEA Education group are working with NZQA to develop Assessment Specifications for external assessments. NZQA will publish these in time for pilot schools to prepare their teaching and learning programmes for next year, 2022.

Feedback for European languages (French, German and Spanish) can be found here and for Asian languages (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin)
