HSE Call for Participants in Personalised Budget Pilot Phase 1
Last year the Taskforce on Personalised Budgets Report recommended several pilot projects be rolled out to test various models of delivering personal budgets. The first phase of these project rollouts will take place later this year with the HSE currently looking for 90 people to take part.
Is this Pilot Open to Me?
If you are an individual currently in receipt of an HSE funded disability service, you can apply. This includes PAS, residential services, day services, respite etc.
How do I Apply?
At present the HSE is developing a website for people who are interested in taking part. To apply you will be required to submit an expression of interest.
What is the Timeline?
The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest is the 16th of October 2019. This is for Phase 1.
There will be a second phase in April 2020 with 180 disabled people expected to take part in the two phases over two years.
