Coach Savage shares quick tips to fight off our biggest enemies for achieving a successful season as the seasons change is upon us!
Again the key is to build the Core and avoid the nagging season long injuries! Most of us spend to much time doing conventional sit-ups and squats. Focus on building up the psoas, the hip flexors, obliques, IT Bands, groin, lower back and glutes while increasing hip flexion thru your Olympic lifts - cleans w/ squats, pistols, and Bulgarians at moderate to light weights to ensure the back and connective tissue doesn't compensate for the heavy load.
