Illinois Has the Chance to Do This Right
Virus Free Voting in Illinois

The current proposal filed by Senator Terry Link and Rep. Greg Harris, SB1863 - Amendment 5, does not include the protections ensure a safe voting process for the November election:
🗳️ Does not provide for a ballot to be sent to every voter;
📬 Only requires an application for ballot be mailed to voters, if they voted early in 2018, 2019 or 2020 Primary,
📝 Only requires an application for ballot be mailed to anyone who registered or changed their address after the 2020 Primary and before July 31, 2020,
🖃 Does not require election authorities to supply return postage.
