Our event will provide busy families with the tools you need to engage in the upcoming election. The discussion will focus on how each elected official incorporates civic work into their personal life, ways young families can have an impact, and the areas families should focus on.

Babies who are not yet crawling cannot be accommodated by the childcare services, but can join in the audience at your discretion. We believe it is important for children to be exposed to politics at a young age and this event provides an opportunity to teach your child about the political process.
She Votes Illinois is proud to host this event to continue our mission to facilitate the political and civic engagement, participation and support of women and to ensure issues important to women are at the forefront of political discourse in Illinois.
