Private Offices:
Effective Wednesday, May 6th those brokers with offices will be allowed to return to the Market Center.

Drop-In Space:
Effective Wednesday, May 20th those brokers looking for “drop-in” space will be allowed to return to the Market Center. We will have nine (9) spaces available for AM and PM shifts. These spaces will be cleaned and disinfected between use. You may reserve them online via the KW Intranet site found at mykw.kw.com. Drop-in spaces will be clearly marked throughout the Market Center.

Market Center Changes:
  • No client meetings at the Market Center
  • The front desk will not be staffed for the foreseeable future
  • All meetings and trainings will be held via zoom for the foreseeable future
While in the Market Center:
  • Upon entering the Market Center please immediately wash your hands
  • When outside of your office in any general space, please wear a facemask.
  • Please refrain from gathering in groups anywhere in the Market Center.
  • Please refrain from more than two people in the kitchen at a time.
  • Please do not place any dirty dishes in the sink. Please wash your items or place them in the dishwasher.
  • When using the kitchen, please make sure to wipe down all counters and touchscreens after use.
