HCEDA is committed to keeping our business community informed on support and resources available to companies affected by the Coronavirus.

New Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act (3/30/2020) 

The provisions of this act will be rapidly implemented over the next several days. Please stay tuned for additional information on accessing these resources. Among other things, the act offers two major financial assistance programs for businesses: Governor Hogan Issues a Stay at Home Order for the State of Maryland (3/30/2020)
Governor Larry Hogan issued a "stay-at-home" order for Maryland residents on Monday morning. This Interpretive Guidance can help you determine how the new announcement effects your business. This adds to the elements of the previous Interpretive Guidance.
