Used Uniform Sale
Change in Plans!

The January 29th Used Uniform Sale has been rescheduled. Instead, we will offer a 2 week window (January 27th - February 7th) during which you can request uniforms that you need. 

If you are in need of uniforms, please contact Kristin Herzig at 612-812-7060 or with the items and sizes that you need. 

  • Pants and jumpers $10
  • Skirts, shorts, shirts, sweatshirts $5
  • Everything else $1
Classroom Highlights
1st Grade
The first graders are so excited to see our reading caterpillar grow! We are trying to reach Mr. McGinty’s office. Every circle is one book a student has read. Mrs. Olson’s and Mrs. Vanasse’s class have read over 200 books so far! 
6th Grade
 Sixth graders mastering their use of commas Spoons style!

The Book Fair Needs YOUR Help!!
January 26th – February 2nd

We need LOTS of help to make this FUN Literacy event successful!
We especially need help with set-up on Friday, Jan 24th!
Partial shifts are OK, just write in the comments the times you can be there!!
If you have a preschooler, no worries, you can bring him/her!!!
Never worked the book fair? No worries!!! It is easy and FUN!!!

Cap off Catholic Schools Week by joining our Good Shepherd Community for games, prizes and dinner!
Volunteers Encouraged:
  • 1-1/2 hr volunteer timeslots and your kids are welcome to help during your timeslot
  • Parent volunteers to partner with student volunteers in each room to coordinate games
  • Our greatest need for help is from 6:30-8pm

Help Wanted!
Substitute Teacher: Good Shepherd is looking for people with an education background who would be interested in being an occasional sub in our building. Please contact Angie Ruehle at for more information.

Lunchroom Volunteer: We are looking for more lunchroom volunteers! Volunteers enjoy the company of others as well as helping to serve lunch, eat, and clean up. There is no lifting or cooking involved. Hours are from 11:15am to 1:00pm on the day that you choose to help. You can choose to volunteer weekly, biweekly or what ever fits your schedule. Thanks to our wonderful volunteers for the generosity of their time and effort! Your help is greatly appreciated.
