Introducing the Modernized State Public Meetings Calendar

The calendar allows users to search, browse and learn about public meetings in the State of Hawaii.

The modernization goal was to improve the user experience by incorporating a responsive web design and improved website accessibility. A help page was added to address common questions, and agency users will also find it easier to enter agendas and other meeting details.

Waipahu Community School for Adults (WCSA) Online Registration

The Department of Education (DOE) WCSA service lets students at the Waipahu Community School for Adults register and pay for classes online. An admin module allows DOE staff to view online submissions, export the submitted form data via CSV and access fiscal reports.

This service was delivered on a rapid schedule from start to launch in three weeks.

A New Website for Washington Place

Learn more about the history, inhabitants and legacy of Washington Place. This site was created in partnership with the Department of Accounting and General Services and launched on April 1, 2021.

County of Kauai Landfill Payments

Launched in February, residents in the County of Kauai can now pay their landfill invoice instantly online. This is the second service available on the NIC Hawaii Payment Platform product.

Major Updates to the Honolulu Document Search

Originally launched in 2019, this service allows public users and city employees to access legislative documents pertaining to the City and County of Honolulu.

This major update included expanded public search capabilities, search result exports, subscriptions to email notifications for measures, agendas and communications, as well as HTML Agenda and Measure Certificate generation.
