CAM is assessing our current method of administering services. To reduce risk to our clients, staff, and system partners, CAM will be temporarily suspending in-person Access Point operations at the Southwest Solutions' Housing Resource Center and will be shifting back to solely providing access on our CAM Access phone line. This will be effective Wednesday, November 24th, 2021, until further notice.

The operation hours will remain the same for the CAM Access line (M,T,TH, F 9am-6pm & W 11m-5pm) and CAM will still offer in-person services at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC, M,T,TH, F 8am-4:30pm & W 11m-4:30pm). 

We will continue to monitor conditions and update you and the community on any future changes with Access Points operations. We will also continue to encourage all persons and partners to reference www.camdetroit.org for the most up to date information on CAM activities.

As a reminder, CAM will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday on November 25th and 26th. Clients who do not have a safe place to stay and are in need of emergency shelter may call into the CAM Phone Line for direction to the appropriate shelter.
