Community Capital Summer starts this week! As a reminder, this is a series of three webinars to reground ourselves in the principles and strategies of community capital. Join us to learn about NC3’s new online educational guides, hear real stories of inspiring community capital projects, and meet other people who are helping build a local investing ecosystem.

Our first webinar will introduce the ‘community capital toolbox’ and highlight a diverse set of projects including REAL Peoples Fund, 10K Project, CO Solidarity Fund, Honeycomb Credit, and Crowdfund Montana. 

The second webinar of Community Capital Summer is now open for registration! In this webinar, we will:

1. “Digest” what we learned in Community Capital 101
2. Review the community capital toolbox and ask questions about the projects highlighted
3. Meet other people who are starting their own community capital projects
4. Have a Q&A session with experts in the field about your current or future community capital projects (Note: We can provide general legal information but not specific legal advice during this time)

We will be joined by NC3 Board Members and partners Bill Huston, Brian Beckon, Cameron Rhudy, Chris Miller, and Janice Shade. 

This webinar will take place June 23, 10am PT/1pm ET.
