We are often taught that the more competitive and complicated the world gets, the more specialized we all must become to navigate it. But today’s world calls for range, not just specialization. The challenge we all face is how to maintain the benefits of breadth, diverse experience, interdisciplinary thinking, and delayed concentration in a world that increasingly incentivizes, and even demands, hyper-specialization.

Then develop a culture that can deliver product/market fit. Rather than being a Frankenstein’s monster of the latest fads and fashions, culture/market seeks to find the essential connection between how to win in the market and how to work together.
