Enclosed is an updated Selection of Commercial Movies intended for adults or young adults. The List is an attempt to select films that may be watched without needing to skip or fast forward any scene due to sex, nudity, offensive or excessive foul or suggestive language, gratuitous violence or gore.
It is not a list meant for children (in fact, movies intended exclusively for children are not included).  To comprise this List most of the recent commercial movies in the English language—of minimal quality—have been evaluated, as well as the most important films released in other languages.
