Dear friends,

We have entered Advent to prepare the way of the Lord.

And also we've begun  the annual Novena to the Immaculate  Conception, in preparation for Mary's glorious feast on December. 8.


 
  As you may know we have been in a 2 week lockdown situation due to our in-house Covid situation.  Now  that we are emerging and so far we are healthy we will tentatively schedule these in-person as well as zooming recollections:

                               Recollections for Advent

                                .Thursday, Dec 10, 7:30 p.m.
                                  Saturday, Dec 12, 7:30 a.m.
                                   Monday, Dec 14, 7:30 p.m
                                 
                          Wednesday, Dec 16, 8 p.m. (young professionals)

These will be in-person and zoomed.  We request social distancing and use of masks.  
Of Special Interest:
 
We have a college retreat coming in 2 weeks at Longlea, Dec 14-16 . The fee is $70, Email mcheely@tenley.org to register.. 

Doctrine for Dads:  we are offering a monthly series of classes on the Catechism of the Catholic Church.  We usually meet on the 4th Wednesday 7:30 to 8:45 p.m., but in November and December we'll move to the 3rd Wednesday.

The Opus Dei website is offering an international online conference on "The Centrality of Jesus Christ" from Dec. 3-5.
