"My name is (---) and I live in (neighborhood in Tampa). I am deeply concerned about the poor leadership of Chief Brian Dugan, and believe it is time for new leadership in Tampa. I am calling on the Mayor to drop Brian Dugan immediately. Further, I am calling on the police budget to be re-prioritized into community services and resources, such as community gardens, health care, housing, child care and Black business support. We need to re-imagine public safety, and foster a community that prioritizes community, not policing."
