We are back!
We are back and are excited to welcome back all our customers. The government might not label you all as essential, but you are pretty essential to us and we want to say thank you to all the companies that have supported and continue to support our business during these difficult times!  Going forward we have put in safety measures for both our staff and customers when at our premises, please bear with us while we work out the kinks! 😊
Wheel Adaptors
Recently one of our customers approached us with a project for their series 3 Land Rover. They wanted to upgrade their rims and tyres to something a bit bulkier. Unfortunately, there were no standard rims on the market that would give him the look he was after. We stepped in with a solution and made up some custom wheel adaptors that both spaced his wheels to the correct offset and gave him the options for many modern rim configurations!
Screen Displays
This was a fun order that we finished up in the shop. Our customer needed some screen display surrounds for a project in a museum. After making up some prototypes and samples we were able to achieve the desired finish with a combination of billet machining and Aquablasting. We ended up making two different versions machined from solid blocks of 30mm aluminium!
It's worth visiting our online-shop. We have bundled up some of our best-selling tools and made them cheaper if you buy them in sets. Your chance to start your Teng Tools collection and save at the same time! 😉
Scroll Pump
These scrolls are machined from solid stainless steel, unfortunately they were damaged in production. We managed to weld and machine them back to original and saved our customer the costly expense of having completely new parts manufactured. is also making a comeback, so get all your dirty parts together and drop them off at our premises! If you prefer a contactless drop-off of your parts, give us a call prior to your arrival and you won't have to get in contact with anybody.
Polyurethane Mould
Need a basic polyurethane mould? Well one of our customers did! With the fluctuation in exchange rate our customer decided to stop ordering the finished product overseas and rather have it made locally. In the pictures you can see the mould in silver and the finished part in blue!

Clay Mould
Ever wondered how they make moulds of ceramic cups? Well it all starts with a mandrel! Pictured here is an example of the inside mandrel for a large coffee cup!
