With heavy hearts, we sadly announce the passing of Lee Fugett.

Lee was the president and co-founder of Integrated Healthcare.
He was instrumental in the company’s success.

Lee was married to his wife Carol (for 58 years)
He was also a father and grandfather. 
He was a retired Lieutenant from the Countryside Police Department.

A Memorial Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 31, 2022
From 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
