Why are we doing a pastry pop up? I ask myself this question in the middle of the night. I want to serve the community of Langley while keeping my focus as an artisan chocolate shop. Taking a look around in other communities, chocolate, pastry, espresso, and gelato seems a natural fit.
For those of you who know me I'm usually all in. When I do something, it's all or nothing. The pastry pop up has been a little bit different and honestly I'm struggling with my position. We started doing it only on the weekends to see if anyone is really interested in it. And it seems that they are.

We are doing a drawing for our big Thanksgiving Chocolate Turkey. It's over 3 pounds. The drawing will be on November 21st, 2018 in the morning so the winner has time to pick it up for their Thanksgiving table. No purchase is necessary.
