Youth Clubs next week

Further to my email to young people and parents, the midweek youth clubs are no longer happening on Tuesday evenings.  From next week, Engage (school years 6-9, ages 10-14) is meeting on Thursdays from 7.00-8.10pm.  On 9 June, we will be playing Games on the Green, meeting and picking up at Pickers Green (RH16 2PH).  Encrypt (school years 10-13, ages 14-18) is meeting on Fridays from 8.00-9.30pm, and on 10 June we are enjoying 'mocktails' in the Tiger.
As usual, if you have any questions, do please drop me an email or message me on 07866 487535.

Congratulations to all the family including grandparents Katie and Laurence Trigwell and great grandparents Annette and Gordon Scoble on the birth of Lilibeth Joy Trigwell, born on 28 May weighing 7lb 6oz to Dan and Lauren.

Thank you from Lu Seymour

Lu is now on the long road to recovery, after extensive surgery and nearly nine months in ICU. She faces many challenges, but is being wonderfully supported by two specialist nurses and physios and family and friends.
“There are simply no words to express our thanks for all the love, support, care of Roger and most importantly all your prayers during what was a very tough time – we face this new chapter in our lives secure in the knowledge of God holding us tightly and taking us by the hand and we praise Him for each and every one of you.”
Lu and Roger

Rita Hollebon

A service of Thanksgiving for Rita will be held here at All Saints on Monday 13 June at 1.30pm, any church family are most welcome to attend.

Barbara Phillips

The funeral of Barbara Phillips will be held here at All Saints on Wednesday 15 June at 1.00pm. Wendy, Barbara's daughter and her family, would like to thank members of All Saints for their faithful loving and prayer for Barbara whilst she was a resident in Compton House for many years.

Pimm's and Pudding

The Women Together team warmly invite you to our summer event on Saturday 2 July at 8.00-9.30pm in the church. We're having an evening of Pimm's and pudding along with plenty of time to chat and testimony from Katy Nichols. If you're new to All Saints, we'd love to meet you and introduce you to people. This is also a good opportunity to invite a friend along.

Future Women Together dates

If you like to have dates in your diary for planning ahead, all our events are now booked until summer 2023 and you can find them on the website here

Thy Kingdom Come

In previous years  we have joined with national and local events for Thy Kingdom Come, a global prayer initiation between Ascension and Pentecost. Although we've not planned any formal events this year, you will find lots of ways to join in this prayer movement at the wesbite -

Ministry trainees

This September we'd love to welcome two ministry trainees to come and learn with us. If you know someone who might be interested in this training opportunity please do share our advert with them.

Live Stream Plans

Since the start of Covid lockdowns it's been great to offer one or two live-streamed services each week. This term the demand for live streamed services has significantly decreased, with many now able to attend church services in-person again. It's also been increasingly difficult to resource this service as many of our helpers are no longer able to help. Starting in June, we will move to just broadcasting one service on a Sunday, initially the 11.15am, and then following the 6pm series in the book of Jonah. Our last regular live streamed service will be on Sunday 17th July, at which point we will pause for the summer holidays and assess both the demand for services in the Autumn and the volunteer support to help acheive this. If you have any questions please get in touch with Hugh Bourne -

Chichester Flower Festival

We are arranging flowers in Chichester Cathedral representing All Saints, Lindfield and hope that you will be able to come along to the festival from Wednesday 8–Saturday 11 June. Tickets need to be purchased in advance here: and cost £15 and there are timed sessions.
Paula Richardson and Barbara Hoy

Southern Women’s Convention

It's not too late to book your place for the Southern Women’s Convention on Saturday 11 June. This is a fabulous day of teaching and fellowship along with a host of great seminars on topics including, singleness, adoption, science, and godliness through all seasons of our lives. You will see some familiar names to All Saints as well. For more information and to book your place, follow the link:

Please help Five Talents raise £30,000

Last year many of you helped Five Talents raise £11,000 by recording the distances you walked, cycled, swam or covered during golf rounds (as long as you walked, not used a buggy) over a week. Five Talents are repeating the exercise but, this time, for the month of June. There is no cost to you nor any sponsorship requirement from you except your time and exercising as there are sponsors willing to contribute £1 for every mile covered, but you do need to sign up. To sign up and read about the event click: and, thereby, give a hand up to the marginalised in East Africa wanting to start their own business to provide for their family and to educate their children.

Mission Partner Focus: Julian and Nicky Milson

Please pray
That they are able to travel back to the UK to visit mission partners this summer (note: they should arrive on Friday 3 June)
That their time in England would be fruitful and continue to build up partnerships with supporting churches, as well as also giving them opportunities to see family and friends and be refreshed
For Nicky’s conference in Oxford (mid-July) that it will be an encouragement
For rest in a busy schedule visiting churches
For the church in Valencia and those attending over the summer, who will miss the Milsons. Please pray that the congregation would continue to meet and share fellowship
Give thanks
That the whole family are well enough to travel after Julian and Nicky recently caught COVID
That Theo has been able to choose GCSE courses he is excited about, and that Jemima continues to benefit from home schooling with Nicky - including recent projects on flowers and soap making!
