Each week instructor Deb Biechler will address a different mindfulness topic, including breathing techniques, gratitude journaling, stress reduction, emotional triggers, increasing focus and attention, and cultivating kindness towards yourself and others.

Coloring Contest
May 1st-31st
For ages 0-13. Pick up a coloring sheet at the library or download here. Turn in to HPL by May 31st to be entered to win! Winners will be selected in 3 categories: Ages 0-4, Ages 5-9, and Ages 10-13. Winners will receive a prize pack perfect to kick off summer with a kite, jump rope, and scoop of Culver's custard!
