We truly appreciate your patience during our integration process with respect to Telex Requests and Releases.
We believe that this integration will make it seamless and easier for all while providing the quickest possible way to process your Telex requests.
This week we noticed a few small IT glitches that caused some of you delays, but all has been fixed and from the Condor voyage and forward, all your Telex requests will be visible under the HBL tab.
As of Next week, an email confirmation will be sent to the booking agent for each Telex Release.
See below for guidance and keep in mind that the Condor, Cardinal, Cosmos and all other future voyages will be processed via this new process.
