Amber Harris Bozer

Director of Faculty and Student Research

Fun fact: At the age of 17, I began my favorite hobby of low-budget travel adventures. I was married on the Norwegian Jewel, and I have visited more than 25 countries, provinces, and islands. 

Jamie Borchardt

Director of Academic Leadership Development

Assist those who are new or emerging leaders within the University (read more)

Fun Fact:  If I wasn’t an administrator and professor, I would be a white water rafting guide, it is one of my absolute favorite things to do. 

Soncee Heard

Coordinator for Applied Learning Initiatives

Provide opportunities for students to participate in applied and experiential learning (read more)

Fun Fact: I enjoy attending fan conventions to meet and hear from the stars who act in some of my favorite shows (and to see people’s amazing costumes). 

Jim Gentry

Director of Instructional Development and Course Design

Fun Fact: I was in Germany and saw the Berlin Wall fall with my own eyes when I was a young man. 1989 and 1990 were wild times for the Cold War.

Pamela Huckabee

Fun fact: I have the most eclectic taste.  I love anything from horror movies to Broadway musicals, from Herman Melville to Stephen King, from Dolly Parton to Marilyn Manson, from Frito Pie to Escargot, and from Texas road trips to the beaches of St. Maarten…. and Cats!!  I really love cats!!!  LOL

Fun Fact: I enjoy traveling, camping, fishing, swimming, hanging out with my husband and my girls, but most of all I love my grandbabies to the moon & back and they keep me young at heart.
