This is an exciting update on our family workshops!
September Apple Pressing
Saturday 26th September
We are really happy to announce that this month's family workshop will be at the EcoHub. For those of you who follow our online workshops we will be recording elements of the workshop for posting later.
This is a community education project
Spaces are very limited and they MUST be booked in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling into the Harvest Farm Shop, Red Lion Yard
There are spaces for two families each session either as 2 seperate bubbles or one support bubble
The time slots are
11:00-12:00 12:30-1:30 2:00-3:00 3:30-4:30
The activities in the family workshop will be ...
.. Applepressing (nb the session will involve preparation and drinking of juice. Risk assessment available!) Please bring your own apples if you have some. Please bring a container if you want to take some juice away.
.. Making apple people. We will be celebrating our apple folk through an online gallery.
.. Gardening The EcoHub garden has got very overgrown. We will be getting one or two beds ready for winter.
.. Story around the fire
The sessions will last an hour
There will be social distancing between seperate families through seperate activity areas all of which will be outside.
The workshop is free (donations welcome)
