Hello Modern Quilting Community,
It’s been a strange week and we are trying to maintain business while adjusting to a new normal. Most of our business has migrated to online, email and phone sales and we will continue to provide you with the finest customer service through these channels.
We have reduced shop hours to 10 – 3, Monday – Saturday, Noon – 4 on Sunday. Since foot traffic has been greatly reduced and there is plenty of space to spread out to keep an appropriate social distance, we will maintain these hours for the time being. If state and/or federal guidelines advise against remaining open, we will certainly adjust accordingly and post it on our website and social media channels.
Here is how we will continue to serve you:
Order Online with Curbside Pick-Up or Shipping
Order online for shipping right to your door, or opt for curbside pick up at the shop. We will send you an email update when your order has been shipped or is ready for pick up. Set up a customer login to access your shop account.
Concierge Shopping either in person, over the phone (608) 284-9299 or email email@example.com. If you need a fabric pull for a specific pattern, want us to put a kit together or want us to personal shop for your specific project we will gladly do that for you. If you are remote, we will send photos or product links via email or text for you to select from. Payment can be made over the phone by credit card.
Door to Door Local Deliveries
Door to Door Local Deliveries, free for orders over $30 and within a 10-mile radius of the shop. Place your order online, over the phone (608) 284-9299 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will bring it to you for no additional charge.
Watch for Sales & Specials on our website, Facebook, & Instagram. In the coming weeks we will be sharing promotions with you to help you find new inspiration and projects during quarantine and help us keep business chugging along.
I am so thankful for your continued business. This international health crisis is going to be a rough patch for so many small businesses and that worries me for all of us in that boat. On the other hand, it has heartened me to see how local communities have rallied in support of their friends and neighbors. May we all remain united in the face of adversity and come through this healthy and happy.
Take care my friends!
