Take 10! Alumni Roll Call promotion and message platform
Beginning Feb. 1, UCR launched its first-ever census of our degreed and nondegreed alumni population. Our goal is to update demographic and contact information, and to seek alumni feedback on a new slate of activities, programs, and career resources. Thanks to the efforts of campus partners like you, we’ve received over 5,000 alumni survey responses over the past two weeks. But we still need everyone’s support to keep the promotions going strong.
Here are a few ways you can help:
Are you a UCR alumnus, or have you completed a certificate course through University Extension? Take 10 minutes to complete the survey, and you could win one of 10 amazing VIP experiences.
Contact University Communications for a supply of print flyers for distribution at alumni-facing events happening before Feb. 29.
Brand visual identity decision
Thank you to the hundreds of participants in the meetings and focus groups designed to update and gather feedback on the new UCR brand visual identity. The chancellor has approved the final design direction, and work will begin immediately on implementation of the revised identity. The approved direction will be presented at upcoming meetings for campus communicators and marketers and will be released publicly in the spring.

The first UC Riverside Marketing and Communications Conference is confirmed. The conference will take place Sept. 21-22 at the HUB. Mark your calendars!
