UCR's new visual identity embodies the resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, and extraordinary momentum of America's fastest-rising university. These new marks retain core elements that have defined UCR for decades — including our primary blue and gold colors, and the Fiat Lux-inspired sunburst. Other distinctive components, including the Highlander nickname, the university seal, and our beloved mascot, Scotty, remain unchanged.
A comprehensive visual identity style guide, as well as tools, assets, and templates are available for immediate use by campus communicators. New stationery, business cards, and temporary signage templates will be available starting July 2020.
