Dear Ward 3 residents,

Below is important information about the Takoma Junction Redevelopment Project, including an upcoming City Council work session and vote.

For information about other Council meetings and City activities, please see below that. The City Council has two scheduled meetings this week -- one Monday that focuses on Montgomery County Building Energy Performance Standards, and our regular weekly meeting on Wednesday.

Takoma Junction Project
The City Council will be considering the Takoma Junction redevelopment project site plan and a resolution on the site plan this month. Please see this announcement for details. The Council has a work session scheduled for June 16 and a vote scheduled for June 23.

The Council will be considering a draft resolution that will recommend either approval, approval with conditions, or disapproval of the project to the Montgomery County Planning Board.
