Common Ground Resource Center
Each year, SMOC holds an annual Golf Tournament in support of one of our cornerstone programs, Common Ground Resource Center (CGRC). Common Ground serves as the "hub" of SMOC’s shelter and housing services in Framingham and is the entry point for more than 800 homeless unaccompanied single adults into all of SMOC’s emergency, transitional and supportive housing, as well as to other supports and services SMOC offers. While SMOC's office is currently closed to the public due to COVID-19, CGRC services are still being offered remotely and all our shelters have remained open 24 hours a day.

In 2020, our annual Golf Tournament was cancelled due to COVID-19 safety concerns. Because of this, there is a significant funding gap in CGRC’s budget. If you would like to contribute to CGRC, please CLICK HERE to donate or send your check to 7 Bishop St. Framingham, MA 01702 Attn: Golf Tournament.
Thank You to United Way of Central Massachusetts!
Based in Worcester, United Way of Central Massachusetts is a long-time funder of SMOC's homelessness programs and supportive services in the Worcester area. In addition to Safety Net grants from its annual campaign, UWCM also administers federal Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) funds, which help provide food and shelter through our programs. This year, UWCM partnered with the Greater Worcester Community Foundation to launch Worcester Together to support agencies like SMOC providing critical services during the COVID-19 pandemic. We are proud to LIVE UNITED as a UWCM partner agency!
A Note from The Evening of Giving

For thirty years, this event has brought together over a thousand people from the greater Marlboro community for an evening of good food and fellowship, in support of Roland's House, an emergency shelter in Marlboro that supports homeless/recovering adults.

We want to take a moment to thank all of our past supporters - those who have attended the event, those who have been our sponsors, and the dozens of restaurants who have wined and dined us in support of Roland's House.

We recognize that 2020 has been an especially tough year for restaurants, and we hope you'll join us in supporting the following establishments in the new year.
