This is the introductory edition of our community HOA Newsletter.  It is work in progress as we build the various sections as needed. Unfortunately, the percent of home owners that have opted to receive electronic correspondence from the HOA is only about 10%, so we hope that more of them will be encouraged to opt-in by sending their signed authorization to the management company.  Click Here to request a copy of the form.

Did you know?
The first Riverwalk Vista Community Yard Sale is scheduled for Saturday, August 5th and Sunday, August 6th from 8 am to 12 noon. The management company will be posting signage about the Yard Sale so there is no need for individuals to post additional signage.  Look out for the mailer that is going out this week.
You can access the HOA Board Meeting Minutes
by login into your VIVO Homeowner account.  Please note the Minutes available for review are only those that have already been approved by the Board.  For example, approval of July Minutes will take place at the August meeting. This is why Minutes for the last meeting is not always available.

Reporting an Issue

To report an issue affecting a community common area please the Report an Issue button provided below.  Log in to your homeowner account and click on the Work Orders tab across the top.  If it appears that no one has reported the issue, click on Submit a New Work Order and fill out the info on the new screen that pops up.  The same screen can be used to report issues affecting your property by selecting My Property instead of Common Area at the top of the new work order screen

Maintaining Our Community Clean
Trash pick up in our community takes place on Tuesdays, unless a holiday delays the pick up by a day.
We ask that residents pick up trash that may have fallen on the ground (due to the wind or trash overflow) while trash is picked up by the trucks.   Please remember to move all trash containers back to a location out of public view, except when placed on the street for pick up.(See Section 2.10 of the CC&R’s).
If the containers are left out on the street you may risk being in non-compliance.
The following list includes some of the projects the HOA Board and Management Company are working on.  This list does not include any ongoing maintenance work orders:
  • Review of janitorial contract and services.
  • Installation of Internet connection at Arizona gate.
  • Vista Loop/Vista Point additional street signage.
  • Annual Community Yard Sale.
  • Landscape maintenance seasonal time line.
  • Irrigation repair plans.
  • Gate directory and entrance system upgrade.
