Changes to Private Residence Relief and Letting Reliefs

The government has introduced changes in Capital Gains Tax and that have come into effect from 6th of April-2020. As per new changes, the Private Residence Relief or PRR has been reduced to nine months from earlier 18 months for the tax year 2020-21 and beyond.
