Great Turnout for Marianne Williamson Meet & Greet

Presidential candidate Marianne Williamson drew a big and enthusiastic crowd to her Meet & Greet at The Bird and The Book on May 18.  Marianne made it to the DNC debate stage, by first qualifying with 65,000 unique donors, and then by securing 1% in CNN, FOX, and Monmouth polls.

As Linda Wade, who helped organize the event, put it, "I'd like to think we had some small part in helping her ideas be part of the national conversation!"

BCDP will be hosting many more events throughout the year to introduce local voters to the 2020 presidential candidates.  Our next event is a Watch Party for the Kamala Harris Town Hall on Tuesday night.  Then we'll be hosting Watch Parties for the Democratic Presidential Candidate Debates on June 26 and 27.

And, we have a whole summer full of just plain fun social gatherings for local democrats -  picnics, hikes and ice cream.  See below for details.

Join us at these upcoming events!
