Happy New Year!

2017 was an incredible year for Seed to Mountain Ministries because of your generosity. We were able to raise the August, September, October and November  payments for the refugee center in Uganda, as well as produce a joyful and spirited Christmas musical at Tom Joy Elementary. This all happened because of YOU!

In the upcoming year, we have lots of work to do in both Kampala, Uganda and Nashville, Tennessee. Our goals are both simple and detailed. Our overarching goal this year remains to  spread the message that seeds of faith can move mountains reminding the inner city students of Nashville and the lost and lonely in Uganda that nothing is impossible for them.

Nashville Mountain

Seed2Mtn Musical
The students at Tom Joy Elementary School in Nashville, Tennessee performed a Christmas musical on December 7th and 8th called Holly Jolly Jukebox. They did a fantastic job awarding themselves a standing ovation both nights! One student looked a me after the opening show and said "This was the best night of my life!" A full video will be sent out in the next couple weeks so be on the lookout!
If you contributed to the Nashville mountain then your money paid for the props, the set, the costumes, and the scripts for this musical. Your generosity made the students feel like they were part of something spectacular.
Moving forward in 2018, we will be putting on another musical production to showcase these kids' talent! We will still be partnered at Tom Joy and your contributions will help support a smaller production at the beginning of May!!

                       Uganda Mountain

                                             Seed2Mtn Refugee Center
If you contributed to the Uganda mountain in 2017 then your money is sent directly to Florence Dongo who pays the land owner directly. We are thrilled that we are able to partner with a church that is dedicated to making a positive impact in their community; your financial help is moving mountains in Kampala, Uganda. Due to your help, we paid the August, September, October and November payments equalling roughly $16,000! HOW AMAZING IS THAT?!
Moving forward in 2018, we will be devoting our time and efforts at the beginning of the year to fundraising a higher monthly amount to pay off this land. Due to the location and size of the property in downtown Kampala, we have a monthly loan payment of roughly $4000. With your prayers, faith and help, we firmly believe we can raise this amount monthly! We have faith that there are people out there who believe in the mission of supporting these women and children of Uganda. If you feel led to share the opportunity to give to the Uganda refugee center to your friends, we would be humbled and grateful. Be on the lookout for a campaign starting next week based on spreading the word of Seed to Mountain Ministries. Never forget that with a seed of faith, all things are possible and we can move mountains!
February Sock Hop is Friday the 2nd at 7:30pm at 1000 16th ave South in Nashville Tennessee.
