FROM THE CHAIR
Dear Radnor friends,

Our very important and pivotal Radnor election is now only 23 days away.

The local and county offices up for election will be our Radnor School Board, Radnor Township Commissioners (in Wards 1, 3, 5, and 7), Delaware County Council, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, and Delaware County District Attorney.

We need each and every Democratic supporter to come to the polls and help our skilled and ready candidates up and down the ballot succeed in this election. And unlike in the PA primary on May 21, yes, you can vote STRAIGHT D in this election. (Please see the sample ballot featured in this newsletter.)

I also urge you to look closely at the “Upcoming Events” section of our newsletter below. I hope you will consider attending whichever of these you can, and please bring others.

Why? Because attending:
  • Lends moral support to the candidates who are working hard to serve you.
  • Provides more information on the candidates’ backgrounds and stances on the issues.
  • Offers a chance to form a personal connection to the candidates on the ballot.

I have said repeatedly that we have among our most numerous and qualified roster of candidates ever up and down the ballot. Come meet those very candidates, and mingle with your Radnor friends and neighbors in the process.

We need each and every Radnor Democrat to participate in this potentially historic election on November 5th. Please vote by absentee ballot if you can’t be there in person. Otherwise, we can’t wait to see you, and as many others as you can bring too, at the polls!

Democratically yours,
George Badey
Chair, Radnor Democratic Committee
RSVP NOW to attend the best RDC gathering of the year!  We urge all supporters of our Radnor Democratic candidates to join us as we rally for the November 5th Radnor election.  Join many Radnor friends and neighbors for a fun, informative evening with our special guest speaker, Dick Polman.  Click here for more details and to RSVP today!

Based in Philadelphia, Dick Polman has been writing about national politics since 1988 as a reporter and opinion columnist, covering everything from the presidential primaries to the national conventions, from the presidential debates to the dramas of election night. After 24 years of political writing at The Philadelphia Inquirer, nine years at WHYY News, and 7 months last year covering the '18 midterms for The Atlantic, he's currently busy trying to make sense - as are we all - of the Trump era and its impact on America's politics and culture. And Dick teaches political journalism at the University of Pennsylvania, as a full-time Writer in Residence.
DID YOU KNOW?
There is no cross filing in the general election.

Here's how Radnor’s November 5th Democratic side of the ballot will look.  As a reminder, commissioner races are only being held in Wards 1, 3, 5 and 7.

Also, unlike in the May primary, voters can vote STRAIGHT D.  The button to do that will appear at the top of the ballot.

The sample ballot below will be given out by poll greeters at each voting location.
If you have any questions about the races on the ballot, please visit RadnorDemocrats.com and click on “HQ Elections
