Chair George Badey, Vice Chair Tsiwen Law, Treasurer Rob Armstrong, Secretary Danielle Kleinman
A Note from the Chair:
Dear Fellow Radnor Democrats,

Please join us this coming Wednesday, October 14th at 7:00 p.m. (Zoom link below) for our Radnor Democratic Committee meeting as we are fully in the homestretch of this historic campaign. In addition to our State Representative Greg Vitali, we also expect to have Delco County Council members Elaine Schaefer and Christine Reuther provide updates on early/mail-in voting, and drop boxes in Delaware County.

The wheels are falling off the Trump campaign, but we cannot release the pressure. Last Wednesday, Representative Jenn O’Mara explained at our meeting that GOP Republicans in the PA House had passed a “resolution” through committee on a party-line vote that, once passed by the full House, would create a ‘voting integrity commission.’ The maneuver attracted national attention as a pre-curser for Republicans to use phony “fraud” claims to steal PA’s 20 electoral votes (if the PA vote was close). But on Friday, GOP State House members in PA announced that they’re abandoning this attempt. Did they suddenly develop an interest in democracy or honesty? No. They now expect Trump will be crushed in Pennsylvania and they couldn’t get the votes in the GOP House. Trump will likely lose some red states once thought impossible.

He is growing increasingly unstable, as he shrieks illogically about mail-in voter fraud, and spews his own virus without a mask in blatant violation of CDC guidelines. He knows he’s headed for a monumental defeat and, like a cornered rat, is lashing out in desperation.

Trump’s criminal followers in Radnor are stealing an unprecedented number of Biden lawn signs. But even with the massive thefts, our unofficial estimates are still running at a ratio of 15 or 20-1 Biden to Trump signs.

We need to run up the numbers here in Radnor just in case.....

See you on Wednesday.

Democratically yours.
George Badey

While the national election dominates the news, important state elections are happening this November that also deserve our attention. Our friend, Dr. Nina Ahmad, is the groundbreaking democratic nominee for PA Auditor General. If elected, she will be the first person of color, scientist and immigrant to serve in the executive branch of our state government. Please join us for a zoom conversation with Nina on Thursday, October 15th from 6-7pm to learn about this important role in our state government and how Dr. Nina Ahmad plans to use her evidence-based training as a scientist to make our state the most efficient, transparent, and accountable government in the country.

Hope you can join us!
