Has the shutdown got you down? Has the pandemic removed all motivation to move? Got you stuck in a rut…or stuck on the couch? Then we have the program for you.
Adding to our suite of evidence-based programs, the Area Agency on Aging of Western Michigan is offering a new program: Active Living Every Day (ALED).
Whether you are a caregiver or older adult, the Active Living Every Day program can be a wonderful resource for helping you incorporate physical activity and healthy behaviors into your lifestyle. The 12-week virtual Active Living Every Day program is, in fact, NOT an exercise program, but instead focuses on goal setting, habit-building, and peer support in an hour-long class each week.
