Even though fall is technically here, it still feels like summer in Charlotte! The King Cobra is the perfect move to keep those triceps cut while we continue to show off those sleeveless tops into October.
To perfect this move, start at the back of the carriage with your knees behind the carriage straps, hips stacked over knees and your back in a flat table-top position. Arms are straight with an overhand grip on the bars. Push through the heels of the hands while engaging the triceps and push the upper body into an upright position.
Remember to keep the hips over the knees and slowly lower back down to complete the rep.
Keep the back flat, core engaged and shoulders down the back and hips over the knees.
